1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to kuy4, accessible at https://kuy4.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "User", "You", or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the kuy4 platform.
• "We", "Us", or "Company" refers to kuy4 and its operators, licensors, and affiliated entities.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a Player to access kuy4 services.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products offered by kuy4, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting betting), and slot gacor (high-volatility slot games).
• "Real Money" refers to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) deposited into a Player's account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives provided by kuy4 to Players.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on kuy4, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using our services, you explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and kuy4. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of kuy4 after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you access kuy4 on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. However, please note that kuy4 is intended for individual personal use only, and commercial or institutional gambling is not permitted.

3. Eligibility

To use kuy4, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement. kuy4 operates in compliance with Indonesian legal standards and international responsible gaming practices, which mandate a minimum age of 21 for gambling activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid identification when requested will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or legally present in Indonesia at the time of using our services. kuy4 is specifically designed for the Indonesian market and supports local payment methods (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If you are unable to enter into legally binding agreements due to mental incapacity, legal restriction, or any other reason, you may not use kuy4.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: Online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of kuy4 complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your place of residence. kuy4 does not provide legal advice and assumes no responsibility for Players who violate local gambling laws.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active account with kuy4. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. Exceptions may be made only with prior written approval from kuy4 management.

Players who do not meet these eligibility requirements must not use kuy4. We employ age verification and identity verification measures to ensure compliance. Violation of these eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account on kuy4, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

kuy4 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other illegal activities. We may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number)
• Selfie holding your ID document (for enhanced verification)

Verification is typically required for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000, for accounts flagged by our fraud-prevention systems, or at our discretion. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely with encryption.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone, do not use the same password as other websites, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify kuy4 support immediately at [email protected]. kuy4 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kuy4 accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000, and the maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB on weekdays) for verified accounts. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed 24/7. Withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier:

• Bronze: Rp 50.000.000 per day
• Silver: Rp 100.000.000 per day
• Gold: Rp 250.000.000 per day
• Diamond: Unlimited

5.3 Transaction Fees

kuy4 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any third-party charges incurred.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

kuy4 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, tournament prizes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotion page and in promotional communications. General bonus rules include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses have a wagering (turnover) requirement, typically 25x-35x the bonus amount. You must wager the required amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Check the bonus terms for specific weighting.
• Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with bonus funds, the maximum bet per round is typically Rp 25.000. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Expiration: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements expire after a specified period (typically 30 days). Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Player: You may hold only one active bonus at a time. Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture and account closure.

kuy4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withhold or forfeit bonuses if we suspect fraud or abuse.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Fair Play

All games on kuy4 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. kuy4 does not interfere with game results. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on each game and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns for individual sessions.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game has specific rules, paytables, and betting limits, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they choose to play. Disputes arising from misunderstanding of game rules will be resolved based on the official rules as displayed on the platform.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other sports), all bets are settled based on official league and tournament results. If a match is postponed or abandoned, settlement rules vary by sport and bet type (detailed in our sports betting rules section). In-play (live) bets are subject to slight delays to account for transmission lag. kuy4 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, such as incorrect odds or match information.

7.4 Disputes

If you believe an error has occurred in game outcome, bet settlement, or account balance, you must contact kuy4 support within 14 days of the incident. We will investigate all legitimate complaints and provide a resolution within 7 business days. Our decision is final and binding. We retain all gameplay logs and transaction records for a minimum of 6 months.

8. Responsible Gaming

kuy4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools and resources to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per period to prevent overspending.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic logout reminders after a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up notifications showing your play time and wagering amounts.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kuy4 and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, exploiting software bugs, using bots or automated betting systems.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, engaging in low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, or otherwise abusing promotional offers.
• Money Laundering: Using kuy4 to launder funds or engage in any activity that violates anti-money-laundering laws.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 to access or use your account.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account or using another person's account.
• Offensive Conduct: Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward other players or kuy4 staff.

kuy4 employs sophisticated fraud-detection systems to identify prohibited activities. Violations will result in account closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

kuy4 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.8% uptime and seamless operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. kuy4 is not liable for:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Third-party errors (payment processor delays, game provider malfunctions).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of kuy4.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kuy4's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 6 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting kuy4 support. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you within 7 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

11.2 Termination by kuy4

kuy4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or failure to complete KYC verification. If your account is terminated for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. After 24 months of inactivity, kuy4 may close the account and forfeit the remaining balance. We will attempt to contact you via email before forfeiture.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of kuy4 shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Direct Negotiation: You must first contact kuy4 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the dispute may be referred to a neutral third-party mediator agreed upon by both parties.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against kuy4.
